Policy Inclination (Privacy, Rights and other stuff)

Below are general policy statements, for specific clarifications please reach out to info@onlinebusinessbee.com

Who We Are

Our website address is: https://onlinebusinessbee.com. We are a software services company providing a range of digital solutions to businesses across the Middle East, US, and EU regions.

When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Data Sharing

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We do not share your data with any third parties unless required by law.

Data Retention

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Your Rights Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where Your Data is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We comply with all regional data protection regulations in the Middle East, US, and EU.

Please note that this is a general template and may need to be adjusted based on your specific practices and legal requirements. It’s always a good idea to consult with a legal expert when drafting or revising your privacy policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a separate contract, all intellectual property rights for the work products generated by us, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, and related documentation, remain with BusinessBEE. Work products refer to all artifacts, tangible or intangible, created as a result of the services we provide. This includes all rights and interests in and to all intellectual property rights such as patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, and similar rights of any type under the laws of any governmental authority, domestic or foreign, including rights in and to all applications and registrations relating to the Service.

In the case of open-source projects, any modifications, customizations, or derivative works we create based on open-source software will comply with the terms of the relevant open-source license. The client may use the delivered work products as per the terms of the service agreement, but the intellectual property rights remain with BusinessBEE, subject to the terms of the open-source license.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials of other companies that appear on our website or in our services are the property of their respective owners. Their use is for reference purposes only and does not imply any association with the owners. We do not claim any ownership over these materials.

Similarly, any references to blog posts or other content from external sources are for reference and attribution. We do not claim ownership of this content and are not responsible for its content or accuracy. The views and opinions expressed in these external contents do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of BusinessBEE.

Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure, such as natural calamities, acts of God, war, civil unrest, labor strikes, or other events beyond our control, BusinessBEE will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performing our obligations. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to resume our services as soon as possible.
